  • Oatmeal with blueberries.

    Blueberries – a charge of vitamins for the whole day. And in combination with porridge – it is also a hearty and tasty breakfast. It also prepares quickly and easily!

    For two portions we need:
    ✔️ 0.5 cups of oatmeal,
    ✔️ 1 glass of water
    ✔️ 0.5 cups of blueberry (fresh or frozen),
    ✔️ Sugar, butter – on request.

    In a small saucepan, boil water, add the oatmeal. Boil, stirring slowly over low heat for 5 minutes. After that, add the berries, mix and hold on the fire for another couple of minutes. Breakfast is ready. It remains to add sugar and butter.

    Also, if desired, you can add a few pieces of banana🍌, or chopped nuts.
