One of them is storing berries in sugar.
To do this, wash the sea buckthorn, put it on a sieve or colander and let the water run out and the berries dry out. After that, pour them with sugar in a ratio of 1 to 1 by weight and pack them in sterile jars. Store in a cool place.
This way the berries are stored for 6 months and can be eaten immediately or used for sweet recipes.
